Ten years ago, after graduating from Oviedo High School, I was searching for a
career. I knew that I liked people and wanted to contribute to the
community in some way. So, I decided to become a Nurse.
After getting my RN degree, I started working in hospitals. At first, I loved my job, but I soon began to feel like something was missing. Instead of helping people get well, I started feeling like my job was just giving out Medications (Drugs)...and even worse than that --- it wasn't working!
In March of 2006 I married the guy in the picture with me. You might recognize him as "Dr. Eric, the Chiropractor all over Oviedo". When we met, I didn't know much about Chiropractic Care, but now I've come to realize it's not just about back pain - His office is packed with people getting help for headaches, migraines, chronic pain, neck pain, shoulder/arm pain, whiplash from auto accidents, ear infections, asthma, allergies, numbness in the limbs, athletic injuries and yes...back pain. I better stop there because I'm running out of room - but the list goes on and on...
I've learned that many health problems result from pressure and irritation to the nerves that exit out of the spine and that true healing can only occur when that pressure is removed.

I remember my first adjustment. Believe it or not, I was a bit skeptical and had some fears. I also wondered if it would be uncomfortable (read that as painful) or what it could really do for me. So let me just tell you right now - I love getting adjusted. I feel better and I haven't taken medication or gotten sick since I started. My digestion has improved and so has my energy level.
